Lovely scarf from the 1960s, or possibly late 1950s in black chiffon with white stitching around the edges. Would be a lovely hair tie as well. No designer label. Looks and feels like a nylon or poly chiffon or similar. Measures about 38" at the longest by 3.75".

Excellent vintage condition. A couple small pulls in the weave at one end is about all worth noting.
